The role will work independently to provide coaching, consultation, advice and communications to directors, managers and employees in DCI dept. & Medical Functions (excl. Medical TAs) regarding HR policies and procedures. This position also coordinates and implements a variety of programs and activities covering multiple HR areas.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITES
• Provides HR Business partnering to assigned business areas, delivering HR programmes and plans that support the organization’s objectives and incorporate the mid to long term business and HR strategic priorities
• Responsible for managing multi-disciplinary projects, covering a number of areas, including recruitment, compensation and benefits, performance development, talent and organization development, employee relations and change management
• Supports HRBP Lead for Strategic Workforce Planning
• Collaborates with others to deliver core HR processes, including support for reward, performance development, talent and organization development, ER and recruitment, partnering with HR Services and COEs as appropriate
• Coaches, supports, mentors and challenges managers in the application of HR policies and practices, provides advice and guidance on complex HR issues in order to minimize risk and financial exposure
• In partnership with the ER COE & HR Services, provides consultation on Employee Relations issues, utilizing knowledge of employee relations principles, practices, methods, and programs.
• Supports business change process based on strategic guidance and direction established by senior HR Business Partners and business leaders
• Implement guidance from global CoEs and GPOs to support local HR programme/product/system delivery
• Drives and supports the development and delivery of cultural change plans and interventions
• Utilize data analytics to identify key trends in the business and collaborate with both internal HR team & external partners to provide insight, recommendations and solutions.
• Drive Manager/Employee adoption of the new HR Target Operating Model, coaching customers to use the right channels and HR teams to receive the support they need
• Bachelor degree and above
• 8+ years’ solid experience in HR. incl. HRBP and at least 1 CoE experience
• Experience of working in a complex organization, Internet or FMCG e-Commerce supporting experience preferred
• Organization development and transformation experience preferred
• Strong logic thinking & learning agility
• Strong data interpretation skills
• Can do attitude and result orientated
• Good interpersonal skills and influence to stakeholders
• Proficient in oral and written communication (English)
