职位描述

• Responsible for end to end recruitment activities within Commercial business area

• Proactively build and develop relationships with Hiring Managers, HR Business Partners and other colleagues providing consultation, project management and service delivery

• Develop strong partnerships with candidates, whilst building a pipeline of qualified candidates to meet both current and anticipated business needs.

• Educate the business in the use of Interview approach, recommend resources and techniques for interviewing, assessing and evaluating applicants

• Ensure assigned recruitment services are in compliance with Global Recruitment and China policies/guidelines

• Manage onsite recruiters to deliver the best-in-class service in volume roles’ hiring,

• Monitor onsite recruiters’ delivery using reports, metrics, kpi’s and use data to drive improvements, and provide training as needed by working with commercial TAq team lead

• Accountable for ensuring compliant, accurate and timely data management in recruiting systems and adherence with HR processes

• Gather and analyse feedback from various sources for continuous improvement to ensure that the way of working remains fit for purpose and exploit new ways of working and lean methodology to ensure a great candidate and hiring manager experience

• Implementing the recruitment program, by planning, coordinating and overseeing the recruitment and selection strategy

任职条件

• 8+ work experiences in talent acquisition, including at least 3-year in Pharmaceutical industry

• Display a pro-active, tenacious and innovative approach to find right talents by demonstrating an expertise in sourcing and screening of high-caliber talents.

• Proven successful track record in hiring talents in commercial business

• Strong capability in Business Acumen and change management

• Stakeholder management experience and a strong relationship builder / influencer

• Excellent written and oral communication skills

• Result driven, willingness to take challenges and work under pressure, with entrepreneurship

• Quick learner, flexible and team player
