JOB PURPOSE / 工作目的
Drive and enable operational excellence of AZ Talent Acquisition (TAq) by optimizing recruitment operation with efficiency and high quality;
Impact corporate talent attraction strategy by providing recruiting related insights with advanced data tool;
Create great recruiting workplace and experience for business and candidates through continuously improving our TAq technology.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITES / 主 要 职 责
1. Drive recruitment efficiency and effectiveness with high quality :
• Establish systematic recruitment SLA to show overall hiring status, warn key issues and provide suggestions for HR and business leadership team.
• Set up data quality standard and monitor it regularly.
• Enable TAq partners to uplift capability to use the system and perform the data in terms of our requirement and provide timey feedback and training.
• Manage recruitment budget incl. working with finance for cost breakdown, analyzing the ROI, cost estimation and payment tracking
2. Optimize recruitment process with innovative approach
• Evaluate pain points in recruiting process and optimize it, balancing China localization and global standard
• Keep abreast of TAq technology and analyze our needs and digitalize recruitment process to bring business and candidate better experience
• Review and update recruitment related policy to meet business needs and compliance requirement and mitigate audit risk.
3. Develop strategic partnership with recruitment vendor
• Lead whole process of vendor bidding, selection review and evaluation process. The vendors include headhunter, social job board, social media etc.
• Track and manage vendor’s BAU performance and resolve issues.
• Explore and develop new vendor or creative recruitment tool/channel to meet business hiring needs.
4. Support TAq or other HR projects
• Contribute expertise in data/system/policy to support TAq projects/ other HR projects.
• Support TAq team meeting/activities
Job requirements /工 作 要 求
- Academic / Professional qualification / 学 历 / 专 业 资 格
• Bachelor degree or above in HR, Business Administration, or MBA
- Technical / skill training / 技 术 / 技 能 训 练
• Be savvy with processes, data ,technology, able to spot opportunities
• Good interpersonal skills and strong influence capability
• Good analytical skills and learning capability
• Good at project management
- Working experience (No. of years / 年 资, Job function / 工 作 功 能, Business types / 业 务 种 类 )
Essential 必 需
• At least 8 years’ working experience, with minimum 5 years experiences in MNCs HR or consulting company (HR industry)
• Hands-on experiences in process improvement, data analysis and project management
• Demonstrated willingness/strong execution to turn HR/business strategy into results
Language ability / 语 言 能 力
• Good command of both English & Chinese
