Responsibilities:

• Monitor and control credit risk for Yinchuan and other Chinese customer portfolios and accounts receivable, including regular assessment of risk exposures, overdue payments, and order blocks.
• Ensure proper credit master data setup in SAP for both new and existing customers. Perform regular reviews to maintain up-to-date customer master data and identify inactive accounts.
• Review and approve changes in the customer master data workflow.
• Take responsibility for generating monthly/regular reports on Asia accounts receivable aging, bank drafts, letters of credit, order block analysis, etc.
• Support the customer/vendor credit risk assessment process, with the ability to analyze financial reports and evaluate risks from multiple perspectives.
• Conduct due diligence for Master Data Governance (MDG) requests.
• Perform any other tasks assigned by the manager.

Skills and Knowledge Required:

• 2 years of finance experience in credit/AR/Treasury/FA functions (MNC environment preferred). Qualified fresh graduates considered.
• Strong financial analysis skills, detail-oriented, and numerically sensitive.
• Knowledge of trade payment methods (e.g., foreign currency, LC, bank draft) and Asia region experience a plus.
• Good in English and Mandarin (verbal/written).
• Self-motivated, proactive, and results driven.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance/accounting/economics/business.
• Proficient in MS Office; SAP knowledge beneficial.
