You will be responsible for the efficient running of the division in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations. The Executive Chef is responsible for all culinary operations of the hotel, to ensure that all the outlets, banqueting and Events operate successfully, in accordance with the standards of the hotel and are individually profitable.

Ideal candidate should have a Minimum of 2 years work experience as Executive Chef, or Executive Sous chef in Dynamic and busy operation. A culinary leader that delivers a high attention to creative excellence, with experience in managing and delivering bespoke culinary events. Strong practical, operational and organizational skills are a must, for a busy and creative culinary operation.
