职位描述

Responsibilities:

- Nutrition Product Line Management

Ÿ Nutrition product portfolio management, product innovation plan development and new product development to gain market share.

Ÿ New product launch campaign planning and implementation, including launch communication, supporting material and tools development.

Ÿ Market trend, competitor analysis, ABO learning and consumer insight study to ensure market competitiveness.

- Marketing Campaign & GTM Plan

Ÿ Develop Nutrition Product Campaign tactics and implementation plan to support A70 strategy.

Ÿ Continuously improve the Campaign mechanism, by monitoring the competition landscape and market feedback.

Ÿ Lead the team to organize and execute activities such as training, promotion, communication, community to keep the market momentum.

Ÿ Leverage internal and external resources to set up digital platform, produce contents, materials, premiums and sales tools to support ABO leaders to build habits of healthy living and therefore facilitate sales and drive buyers.

Ÿ Consistently communicate with and seek feedback from field, monitor the KPIs’, and take actions accordingly.

- Cross Teamwork & Budget Management

Ÿ Category leadership to integrate resources from China cross functional team and Global team, to drive China Nutrition category growth.

Ÿ Team/talent development.

Ÿ Budget management and ROI review.

任职条件

• 8 years above in nutrition related category of marketing/ company

• Fluent English in both speaking and writing

• Innovated and creative

• Communication and management skills
