Have very good knowledge on customer’s specification and strongly design/process skill to drive team to meet or exceed targets.
Duties and Responsibilities
• Responsible for the related project performance
• Follow the project from kick-off meeting to the final buy-off
• Control the hours of the related project, lead and push design team to deliver on time
• Able to check the concept from process team and find the problems
• ECR technical management
• Improve customer satisfaction and be a technical window between customer and company during the project
• Release RFQ for turnkey design and equipment
• Able to get design information from customer on time/correctly and share to the team
• Managing design reviews internally/ with customer and sign meeting minutest properly
• Raise the project risk (such as cycle time, scope and so on) during process design
• Show the opportunity (such as equipment saving, additional ECR and so on) during process design
• Supplier management(delivery on time, cost, quality…)
• Quick response to solve open issues(problem solving…)
• Customer satisfaction(internal and outer..),
• Lessons and learnt to the team
