招聘岗位:行政副总厨(西餐方向)
【工作职责】
作为餐饮部的产品管理人员,确保厨房部门更好的与各个餐厅协作,完成酒店的标准服务和达成酒店的商业目标。确保厨房部的各项活动与酒店的战略保持一致,同时充分落实酒店的指示。确保厨房部所有员工时刻提供给客人如酒店承诺的服务。

We are looking for Executive Sous Chef(Western kitchen)
【Job Responsibilities】
As a product manager in the Food & Beverage department,ensure that the kitchen department works better with the restaurants to achieve the hotel's standard service and achieve the hotel's business goals. Ensure that kitchen activities are aligned with the hotel's strategy and that the hotel's directives are fully implemented. Ensure that all kitchen staff are always available to provide guests with the same service as promised.

【Job Requirements】
1. Holds a qualification in Kitchen Production and Management
2. Extensive knowledge and hands on experience in Kitchen management, menu planning and operational skills
3. Good Guest Relations Skills
4. Good Computer Skills
5. Effective trainer, experienced in the delivery of skills training
6. Comprehensive knowledge of kitchen hygiene practices and occupational health and safety standards
7. At least four years of work experience in the same position
