Performs/supports electrical (NEV) motor electromagnetic design analysis related work, which includes EM support at NBO stage / new product development process and product continuous improvement phase.
Performs/supports specialized CAE development in areas of CFD and thermal simulation.
Supports analysis of product performance and gap study with customer requirement.
Contacts and communicates with US Headquarter CAE team for technical discussion and design analysis/review based on customer requirement.
Supports development and implementation of CAE group functional and technical capabilities, collaborate with other CAE team members on projects and methodologies.
Provides and calculates performance parameters of motor, e.g. torque, power and efficiency map figure data to support new acquisition related tasks.
Cooperates with AE / NVH engineer to resolve the NVH issue of Motor.
Improves and perfects the ability of Multi-physics coupling calculation for Motor product with other structure/fluid engineer

Meet EHS responsibilities requirement.
Master and above degree in mechanics or electrical engineering will be accepted
At least 5 years working experiences in Automotive industry, better in NEV motor development area
Motor related calculation and development experience is required
Motor / Electromagnet /Thermal simulation related professions and knowledge is strongly expected
Maxwell, Motor-CAD or Ansys relates software skill is required
Good theory knowledge of Electrical motor and Electromagnetism
Experience with lubrication & cooling system design is preferred
Self-directed/self-motivated
Good English skills for communication with global team
