工作职责:
- 负责零售店铺的日常运作、人员管理、货品调配、店铺陈列等,确保达到旗舰店形象要求并确保销售目标的达成。
• Manage in daily store operations, store manpower management, logistics and stock management, store visual merchandising to ensure the achievement of business objectives for the Flagship store
- 负责店铺的社区活动,Events, 做好与各部门的沟通与协作
• Organize store's community activities and events, and communicate and cooperate with various departments
- 领导、培养并激励团队,一直保持一种积极和愉快的工作氛围。
• Lead, nurture and motivate the team to maintain a positive and enjoyable work environment
- 提供顾客优良的服务
• Ensure a high standard of customer service within the store
- 执行、跟进、达成店铺营业目标
• Implement, follow up and achieve store business objectives
- 协助营运主管及公司负责和商场的沟通。
• Assist the Operation Supervisor and corporate in communication with shopping mall
- 处理店铺日常突发事件。
• Deal with the unexpected and emergency incidents
职位要求:
- 具有品牌服饰或大型零售企业三年以上独立管理工作经验
• Minimum of 3 years of independent store management experience in sports, high-end fashion, luxury industry or in similar capacity.
- 具有一定品牌活动参与或组织的经历
• Experience in brand activity participation or organization is preferred.
- 28-35岁,形象好,气质佳,谈吐举止大方得体
• 28-35 years old, good appearance, good temperament, decent speech and manners
- 工作认真负责,具备人员管理经验及优秀的沟通能力
• Strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills.
- 能够吃苦耐劳,有团队合作精神。
• Hardworking and team-oriented
- 具备一定的英语运用能力(口语,书面)
• Basic command of English in both oral and written is preferred
