Job Description:

1. Maintain the normal operation of the equipment in the production line, and set relevant parameters according to the product;

2. Organize and complete line erection, equipment relocation and equipment management in the area;

3. Check the abnormal points of the equipment and consolidate the improvement plan with PDCA;

4. Write simple equipment operation manual, equipment abnormal account and resume establishment;

5. Maintain the equipment according to the production plan;

6. Equipment skill training for new employees and guidance for skill improvement of field front-line staff;

7. Optimization of efficiency and yield of automation equipment;

8. Automation equipment improvement, optimization and technical transformation.

Key Qualifications:

1. Education: Bachelor degree, major in numerical control, mechatronics, electrical automation, mechanical design and manufacturing and automation;

2. Professional knowledge and skills: familiar with debugging principle and maintenance process of relevant automation equipment; familiar with circuit knowledge; skilled in using multimeter and mechanical drawing CAD; CNC machinery specialty; proficient in using computer and common office software; having relevant equipment debugging experience is preferred;

3. Quality: good communication skills, innovative consciousness, analytical ability and logical thinking, strong sense of responsibility and execution, hardworking and team spirit.
