1. Formula development including formulating or constructing products like delivery form screening, raw material (active ingredients & excipients) evaluation and related optimization to meet consumer needs and aligns with business priorities;

2. Effectively collaborating with Mkt, TR, QA and Procurement and other cross-functional team members to establish appropriate technical profiles to meet functional, product claims and sensory platforms that meet consumer needs;

3. Coordinating, documenting and interpreting technical data or outcomes of small scale experiments in preparation for larger scale experiments;

4. Developing standards and production specifications that enable products to be manufactured consistently and safely which meet quality and regulatory requirements;

5. Maintaining and troubleshooting products in the field toward improvements to better meet design. Function, processing, operation or sensory quality which enhance compliance or integrity standards;

6. Conducting early research that tests and analyzes the feasibility, design, operation and performance of product ideas, prototype or concepts;

7. Pay attention to the trends of new products especially on delivery formats to prepare for the technical storage;

8. Performing as a technical liaison with global partners and technical counterparts to enhance understanding of executing developments;

9. Developing relationship with internal & external experts, vendors and collaborators toward idea generation and innovation which is applied to product development.

1. Master & up Degree in Food Industry or Pharmaceutics；

2. Over 2-3 years’ experience in R&D of food and beverage product or health food development；(Fresh graduate with related master degree may be accepted if has high potential)

3. Good lab skills and be familiar with related equipment and instruments as well;

4. Be familiar with technical regulation of Nutrition and Food.

5. Be proactive and innovative, willing to face challenges.

6. Good communication and coordination skills and be flexible and willing to change in complex environment.

7. Good command of both written and speaking English, be familiar with Microsoft Office.

8. Good capabilities in analyzing and solving problem.
