Holds diploma or suitable qualification in Sales and Marketing and/or Hospitality or Tourism Management.
Strong follow-up/project management and organisational skills.
Thorough understanding of selling techniques and marketing concepts.
Well developed Computer Skills particularly in the use of MS Office, email, and Delphi/RESERVE.
Comprehensive knowledge of business needs, financial reporting and productivity requirements.
Minimum two to four years work experience as Sales Manager in a hotel.
Essential prerequisite is experience in the Travel and Hotel industry.
