Summery:
• In line with overall brand strategy, leads the development and execution of annual strategic medical digital communication plan for responsible TA/product, generates high-quality, scientific, product strategy aligned medical digital communication contents, leverages different digital channels and platforms, to drive the online medical education and medical strategy implementation. • Provide response to unsolicited medical inquiries about BI products and therapeutic area from internal and external customers in China, using up-to-date, accurate and scientific content, through medical information management system to ensure the operation excellence of MI activities
Responsibility:
• In line with overall brand strategy, leads the development and execution of annual strategic medical digital communication plan for responsible TA/product, generates high-quality, scientific, product strategy aligned medical digital communication contents, leverages different digital channels and platforms, to drive the online medical education and medical strategy implementation. • Provide response to unsolicited medical inquiries about BI products and therapeutic area from internal and external customers in China, using up-to-date, accurate and scientific content, through medical information management system to ensure the operation excellence of MI activities • Generates high-quality, scientific, brand strategy aligned digital contents for responsible TA/products for HCPs continual medical education and online patient education
• Leverages and manages different digital channel or platforms (internal and external) to disseminates the digital contents to achieve the most broad HCPs and patients education. Ensure all digital communication contents can reach the right audience via appropriate platforms
• Reporting: Regularly analyze performance and optimize digital campaigns using sound statistical methodologies and KPIs.
• Ensure medical digital communication activities are delivered within budget and performance metrics. Ensure medical digital communication activities full comply with related company regulations and SOPs
• Internal collaboration: integrate MA and MSL’s KEE engagement needs through digital projects, develop strong relationships with internal teams (MA, MSLs) to foster function synergy
• Provide response to unsolicited medical inquiries about BI products and therapeutic area from internal and external customers in China, using up-to-date, accurate and scientific content, through medical information management system to ensure the operation excellence of MI activities Per BI's SOP and regulations
• Intelligence: provide publication intelligence to brand team to further inform brand strategy. Provide support on the design and on-site support on medical booth, for further medical education materials distribution
Requirements:
• Master degree or above in clinical medicine, pharmacy science or life science • Proven ability to interpret and present clinical trial data • Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in an environment under time and resource pressures. • Strong interpersonal skills. • Strong verbal and written communication skills. • Fluent in spoken and written English • Proactive problem solving skills. • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across functions.
