Job Purpose:
In charges of the daily administrative support to all department members, management of the budget, reimbursement and travel, etc.
Support leaders for the related applications, itinerary, accommodation, transportation, etc.
Responsibility Description:
? Prepare investigator budget payments and tracking systems; generate tracking reports as assigned
? Contracting and procurement procedures for the department
? Coordinate meetings schedule, attendees, etc. per team member needs
? Organize internal & external meeting and prepare meeting materials and logistic arrangement
? Taking meeting minutes, drafting letters/memos (including confidential & technical documents) when necessary
? Preparation of other document or materials when necessary
• Bachelor, at least 2 years relevant experience, in MNC or global CRO is preferred
• Demonstrated good communication and social skills with a sense of diplomacy, relating to peers.
• Organization skills and strong sense of responsibility, careful and patient.
• Works effectively under pressure and multi-task handling, easy to adapt to changes.
• Proficient in utilizing and creating outputs using relevant software, such as Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point.
• Fluent in English, attending meetings, presenting and training with team members.
