Summary
· Execute robot programming and commissioning in automation product line.
· Responsible for robot commissioning related technology development and research
· Leading the robot commissioning project
Duties and Responsibilities
· Assist robot commissioning manager to improve the team’s technical level
· Provide the rationalization proposals for robot commissioning technology development and management
· Participate in site commissioning job, responsible for robot related equipment installation & configuration, robot teaching, equipment fault solving
· Responsible for the robot commissioning project management, including proposal technology workshop, material purchase, site management, solving issues, team communication; Increase the efficiency of robot commissioning, decrease the commissioning risky
· Responsible for researching the customer standard & robot applications
· Support the simulation design team, increase the OLP quality
· Responsible for internal or external training for robot related technology or customer standard
Key Performance Indicators & Measures
Qualifications (Education, Training, Certification, Licenses, Experience)
· Bachelor’s degree in engineering required.
· At least 3 years’ experience in automation industry or car manufacturing company.
· Senior robotics knowledge, hardware structure and programming language for ABB/KUKA/FANUC
· Know well for the robot application of the key process
Knowledge & Skills
· Knowledge of OFFICE software
· Business English communication capability
· Know well for the OLP or simulation software prior
