• Provide consistent and accurate medical information responses to unsolicited

reprint request from internal business partners and external customers in a timely

manner

• Oversee China med info 3 party vendors by reviewing deliverables, tracking undelivered re-print requests and providing feedback to responsible person to ensure accuracy

• Generate an medical request case from email mailbox to system

At least bachelor degree in health-related field

Demonstrated mastery of written English and professional verbal skills in English.

Demonstrated high-level end-user computer skills (e.g., databases, spreadsheets ,

word processing, presentations/PowerPoint and templates).

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to be flexible in varying environments

and with multiple customer groups

Self-motivated and with good sense of teamwork
