Develop and enhance Club Med direct sales growth on marketplace.
Mission 1 : Understand MKT trend, drive revenue growth on marketplace with integrated plan & execution tactics.
Mission 2 : Lead the strategic E-Commerce efforts for Club Med China with creative ideas
Mission 3 : Direct E-commerce & relevant agencies relationship, continuous optimization of service quality
Mission 4 : Work with internal team- marketing & RM to ensure all plan should be strategically aligned with brand strategy
Mission 5 : Ensure deliver a high performing team and strong growth in their career.
Responsible for Club Med E-commerce business
1) In charge of marketplace overall business, e.g Fliggy / Meituan / Mafengwo, to meet sales target
2) Develop yearly business plan, which should be in line with EC platform’s strategy and Club Med branding strategy.
3) Hold marketing campaign on EC platform and implementing with integrated proposal to enhance brand awareness and acquire new customers.
4) Manage and optimize Club Med brand’s store’s UI & UX to make it meet brand strategy and position, continuous optimization of the user experience.
5) Supervise agencies and daily communication with agencies to continuously improve service quality to drive more business.
6) Internal communication with marketing / RM / sales / operation team
7) Team management
At least 8 years working experience in travel / tourism industry;
More than 5 years’ experience in sales or business cooperation, a well-known EC business development.
Alibaba experience is preferred;
With people management experience
Knowledge : Well understanding of travel business model and Alibaba & other EC’s business model;
Skills : Learning and thinking ability and business momentum; Compressive ability, dare to accept new challenges; Strong communication/ leadership / presentation skill; innovation capability.
Languages : English for level 6 or above
