职位描述

Purpose

• He formalizes and updates all key information on its services in Club Med formats

• He is at the forefront of innovation in its scope of services

• He identifies and plans, in the short and medium term, the priorities for change for its scope of services in line with the company's strategy

• He manages the deployment of new services within its scope with the Product & Services Directors of the zones as well as the experts

• He is responsible for the application and update of Product standards on the APAC scope and provides expertise and support to all the zone of the BU.

• He proposes and participates in the evolution of digital software and services within its scope according to operational needs or product innovation with the DXR manager

• He optimizes the performance (customer satisfaction/profitability) of existing services within its scope

• He is the guarantor of the quality of the information communicated to operational staff (Zones Product & Services Directors (DPS)) to implement the new services of its business lines

• He takes part in construction/renovation projects.

• He contributes to the development of the division’s skills.

• In cooperation with the Product coordination manager, he communicates product information on its scope of services

• He works closely with the Purchasing Department on Shanghai and Singapore to ensure product consistency, development of new products and constant improvements in line with budgetary issues.

• Together with the experts and Area Service Directors, he contributes to the development of local sales.

Mission and Main task

1. Strategic plan

• Carry out a diagnosis of your product and identify areas for improvement to optimize services

• Carry out product recommendations, ensure competitive monitoring on the services provided by your product

• Contribute to the Strategic Plan of existing new products within its scope.

2. Seasonal overview

• Perform seasonal REX (FMG/Economic) on its products

• Coordinate feedback and recommendations from the DPS

• Establish recommendations for future seasons based on REX, and DPS returns

3. People

• Monitor the service pool of its cluster

• To be proactive in terms of staff framing, productivity ratio and profiles

• Ensure the development of know-how and know-how-to-be within the scope of the company by participating in the definition and updating of training content, by participating in training or mobilization activities

• Share new developments with the UDT, co-construct the corresponding training modules, participate in the first training sessions

• Participate in the framing of the need (development of functional, technical or digital specifications, tests before launching the pilots)

4. Deployment of new services

• Participate in the framing of the need (development of functional, technical or digital specifications, tests before launching the pilots)

• Produce and deliver deployment kits on the services within its scope.

• Formalize information for operational staff (DPS, Experts), inform them if necessary

• Participate in the operational implementation and support of the deployment: training, steering, support and assistance (telephone or physical)

• Share new developments with the UDT, co-construct the corresponding training modules, participate in the first training sessions

• Formalize REXs

5. Implementation and optimization of existing services

• Participates in the regular updating of product referencing

• Ask for updates on product standards within the Asian scope (bed size…)

• Writes functional specifications for purchasing (call for tenders for suppliers and subcontractors), research, testing and qualitative evaluation of products

• Maintains the relationship with external service providers (subcontractors, partners…)

• Monitors the qualitative and economic performance of the products of its division

• Carries out visits to monitor the implementation of services and formalize diagnoses and recommendations in support of operational departments

6. Construction/Renovation project based on the capacity plan of the BU

• Updates the construction specifications, is responsible for updating the standards within the Asian scope, if needed

• Participates in the development of construction programs for site openings or renovations

• Monitor the progress of the project until it opens and ensures coordination with all internal and external stakeholders: decorators, architects, technical design offices, operational teams

• Responsible for validating plans at each stage of the project up to delivery for services within its scope (Accommodation, laundry, technical premises, arrivals area, lobby, front desk, guest relation, back office, courtesy room, convention centre, Lounge and common area 5T spaces, Villas and chalets)

• Accompanies the operational teams during the delivery and opening of the site

• Responsible for representing the P&S stream in one or more renovation or construction projects, represents the entire divisions during the entire development phase until the end of the first opening season

7. Digital services evolution

• Participates in digital innovation projects within its scope in collaboration with gMDT and DXR teams

• Formulates the evolution needs of tools and software to product owners

• Able to test and evaluate proposals

• Leads the implementation and operational support of new tools

• Is a source of proposals for changes

8. Supervises RM missions/NA support of his/her collaborator

• In collaboration with the UDT, coordinates the training, support and guidance of the reception teams for NA and RM within the APAC perimeter.

• Supervise the updating of all training materials

• Supervise the inventory of fixtures of all accommodation and occupancy rules

• In collaboration with the financial department, supervises audit missions on compliance with local sales procedures

Know-how

• Mastery of oral and written English is essential

• Mastery of Chinese is a plus

• Technical business knowledge for construction and renovation projects: Equipment, standards and health and safety legislation...

• Financial skills, business sensitivity: P&L, Bcases, Balance sheets, numerical analyses.
