This role offers a unique opportunity to develop automated tools that allow the risk service community to monitor KPI trends, track performance of initiatives, and generate leads for investigating business trends. This team is also responsible for planning which involves target setting and progress updates.
Develop automated reports leveraging the BI tools to provide the KPIs tracking and communicate the read out on a regular basis.
Generate the insights to support Consumer Risk Service strategic planning i.e. target setting and initiatives planning.
Develop the robust analytical platform to support various needs from different CRS E2E teams.
Partner with the CRS E2E team to understand their needs and define solutions specifically around Consumer Risk analytics.
Experience analyzing very large, complex, multi-dimensional data sets.
Fluent in SAS, SQL and relational database such as Oracle and Teradata.
Experience in report analysis and development using business intelligence tools such Tableau, High Charts etc.
Excellent communication skill (Fluency in written/spoken English).
Strong team player with high aptitude, problem solving skills.
Experience in Python is a plus.
Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or engineering field with 3+ year professional work experience in a relevant field. Or Master’s degree with 2+ year profession experience.
Industry experience in payments, e-commerce, or financial services is a strong plus
Fluent in English.
