The Micro Seller Risk Team is responsible for delivering on the loss targets for global micro/casual sellers as well as metrics related to user experience. Analytics-based strategy, execution bias, originality of thought, customer championship and collaborative culture are some of the prominent themes in the team.
This role offers a unique opportunity to innovate and improve PayPal’s withdrawal products by integrating comprehensive risk design & strategy. The position involves close working relationship with product organization. The passionate candidate would have strong ownership to resolve problems from end to end with knowledge of the competitive landscape, strong analytics abilities and disciplined execution through creative thinking in matrixed organizations.

Strong analytical skills needed. Proficiency in coding languages like SQL, SAS, Python etc. preferred

Industry experience in payments, e-commerce, or financial services is strongly preferred
