职位描述

The purpose of this position is to oversee the B2C business for Club Med China including Club Med website, and the chat and call channels generated by website traffic. The B2C Manager will oversee all webmaster duties including content, SEO, UX follow-up and optimization, following the marketing calendar and business objectives.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Mission 1 B2C business performance

Website weekly performance (traffic, bounce rate, CVR) and deeper analysis

Website chat & direct call agency management including

Agency KPI and incentive setting + follow up

Daily and weekly performance monitoring and reporting

Product and campaign training (coordination with B2B team)

Mystery call/chat check

Total B2C sales performance management, reporting and analysis

Work closely with online media team to make sure the consumer journey from ad-centric to web-centric performance is smooth, consistent and coherent.

Be aware of market trends to ensure we have the right dispositive to answer correctly the client’s omni-channel needs.

Mission 2 Webmaster duties – campaign management, website content, SEO

Online and offline of campaign landing pages following the marketing calendar

Website content optimization according to CN emotional calendar

SEO management (onsite and offsite) & monthly reporting – external agency

Mission 3

Shopping, booking and member space

Ensure website sales and user experience is fluid and coherent, coordinating with global marketing, digital and technology team

任职条件

REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor degree in business, management, communication or related majors, master degree preferred

At least 5 years' working experience in managing online sales or online marketing and have track record driving business

Needs to be curious, optimization mindset to try new things through AB testing, performance-driven, and cooperative to work well within a team

Experience with website management, call/chat centre business management is a big plus. Previous experience with a CMS is a plus

Good business sense and willing to travel, good knowledge of the consumer online behavior and journey, website UX and CMS

Detail oriented, responsible for timely online and offline of campaigns and planning

Good communication skills are essential

Google analytics, website CMS

Fluent in both Chinese and English
