Function as a key point of diagnosing problems in project process, finding out and eliminating the root cause and teach relevant people or department to avoid the recurrence of the same issue through standardizing the process and using strategic and systemic problem-solving techniques and approach.
• Investigate and diagnose potential or existed problems in the whole project progress
• Manage feedback from the sites and in house, preparing technical or process analysis and solve issues in line with project scheduling, involving proper departments (Engineering, Commissioning and Customer Care), in order to reduce eventual extra cost and improve our internal Products and Processes
• Analyze potential/happened similar failure in similar product or process
• Share and teach the lesson learned from failure to internal relevant departments
• Standardize the process, build and update relevant documents(control plan, Error proof verification plan, etc.) to record failure and summarize the lesson learned from failure
• Monitor and ensure the corrective action plan implemented in the project process
