With new players (platforms/apps), which increases the existing market fragmentation and drives stronger and stronger omni-channel behavior and traffic, meaning we must invest efficiently to drive traffic and sales. We need an dedicated expert on social CRM / APP platform to seek for new business opportunity.
Mission 1 : Launch and manage brand zone on social platform. e.g. red book, tiktok. Enhance brand awareness and drive traffic & qualified leads to B2C channel.
Mission 2 : Leverage Wehcat to enhance leads capture and optimize customer journey. Contribute to developing leads acquisition, lifescycle management, communication and engagement strategy and will be responsible for implementing them with a focus on China market. Meanwhile, the person also needs to be in charge of sales on wechat mini-program, which is a key target for this position. Business sense and market perspective are necessary capability.
Mission 3 : Leadership and Manage operation agency
? Lead & develop innovative social programs to drive ensure business targets with deep understanding of consumer and social platform ecosystem
? Develop the new user acquisition focusing on win-win strategy with omni-channel platforms/resources
? Make use of different kinds of social approaches to drive turnover with creative thinking and campaigns (online and offline).
? Develop overall strategy planning / marketing/ consumer management of wechat service account to ensure provide a satisfied customer journey on wechat platform and enhance customer journey
? Manage loyalty program to increase sales volume, e.g referral and repurchase program
? Membership system management to maintain loyalty customers.
? Undertake continuous data analysis to find improvement and catch sales opportunity
? Setting strategy /planning / sales tracking for wechat mini program to reach sales target
? Integrate customer data and customer journey between Wechat service account and mini program
? Work with key related stakeholders in HQ and omni-channel team.
Work closely with IT to assure data capture, quality and continuous feedback on any enhancement needed to cope with business needs
Education : Bachelor degree
- More than 6 years working experience with social platform & wechat.
- With CRM or SCRM experience in premium brand (or serve for luxury brand)
- Result driven (mainly focus on sales performance)
Knowledge : Familiarity on Social media & SCRM players;
Skills : Excellent communication & negotiation skills, fast learner, with logical thinking, business sense and customer insight
Technical skills (tools…) : Familiar with office software
Languages : Frequent in both written and spoken English & Chinese
Behaviour : Self-motivated, proactive, result-oriented, able to work under pressure
