-Responsible for driving a creator culture to deliver against leading stories and product collections in the Originals Apparel segment.
-Be unapologetically consumer obsessed generating hyper relevant stories and products that excite the China and Asia Pacific markets.
-Have a professional balanced approach to work within a dynamic and creative environment whilst balancing the need for operational excellence and speed to market.
Key Responsibilities:
-Be a Consumer Obsession champion with a special emphasis on winning the China and APAC consumer
-Extend Originals APP strategy in the given segment and maintain connectivity to Germany HQ creatives to ensure a one brand consumer facing message
-Show full understanding and drive the product creation process whilst managing all tasks within the given time frames
-Show leadership through living the brand values
-Build and maintain a strong relationship with cross-functional teams and with interlinked departments to enable an efficient product creation process

-Strong knowledge of product information systems and the interlinking functions – clarity on respective timelines
-High level of product expertise to create industry leading products
-Be a competent partner for product and ranging discussions with markets and retailers
-Prepare and present ranges and business related topics - with respective audience in mind - by using relevant structure and content
-Actively provide input for setting the CtC (Concept to Consumer) direction and implement it into relevant ranges in partnership with CtC counterparts
-Identify projects to optimize category performance
work independently and steer to conclusion
Key Relationships:
-Steer a strong relationship and ensure constant dialogue/feedback with
-business unit and across other BU´s
-cross-functional team ( Design, Development, CtC, Sports Marketing, Materials, Costing, Planning)
-markets and relevant third parties
-Strong communication skills to articulate concepts, ideation and collections seamlessly to various members of the organization
-Have key insights into Originals, sportswear, streetwear and the market landscape
-Ability to excel and thrive in a team environment with a high level of diversity
-Deep knowledge of Apparel creation process and how cross functional members contribute
-Ability to create leading propositions whilst also being a guru of commercializing trends with adidas codes
-Mature approach and ability to persuade, negotiate and compromise to produce win/win scenarios
-Knowledge of product marketing, design and development processes with a passion for ideation sharing
-Intellectually curious and always seeking the new
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
-Bachelor or University Degree, preferably in marketing/business/textile/fashion
-Minimum of 6 years Product Marketing experience with APP, FTW or ACC background
-Experience in trade or sales is helpful
-Excellent communication skills in English
-PC skills (MS Office programs)
