Work as an internal consultant, to provide professional guidance on specific training needs, training structure and training course development; develop and coach the manager of department of medicine and Market Access to make it the most competitive and highly ranked in the China market.
Training Needs Analysis and Program Design
• Insight into customer and market needs,and conduct organization diagnosis to identify the competency gap and training needs
• Develop training strategies and plans based on the needs to ensure the medical team and market access team are fully competent to achieve an excellent level of their performance.
Training Delivery and Effectiveness tracking
• Train and coach the medical team and market access team to upgrade their competence, including but not limited to strategic thinking, KOL engagement, project management, negotiation, coaching….
• Partner with marketing and sales teams to ensure the medical & market access strategy is fully understood and well executed
• Evaluate training effectiveness and collect feedback from attendees and supervisors
• Make training records
Promotion Evaluation and People Development Program Implementation
• In charge of the promotion process, evaluate the behavior and competency based on the promotion criteria
• Provide feedback in terms of the evaluation result to the Head
• Support Head to develop and engage internal talents
• 4-5 years sales training experience in MNC pharma company;
• 2 year+ Sales management experience at DSM or higher level;
• Competitive spirit; Excellent team work spirit;
• Strong interpersonal skills;
• Quick learner;
• Well-developed planning skills;
• Strong communication skills;
• Able to work under pressure;
• Can adapt to frequent travel.
Travel: 30%-40% of working hours
