职位描述

• Providing the primary interface between Customer Services and Customers he/she is assigned for Entry into Service preparation and all in service issues ensuring the highest level of safety, reliability, customer satisfaction and business development.

• Identifying customer needs and subsequently promoting relevant products and services

• Establishing and maintaining direct contact with Customers and advising necessity for high management visits.

• Ensuring the implementation of Support Clauses in the Purchase Agreement, and, in all Customer Service Agreements.

• Being aware of Customer Operational Performance and launching appropriate actions, as necessary and, keeping management aware of issues and actions taken.

• Determining, proposing, generating and coordinating support programs necessary to meet specific customer requirements. Conducting the resulting project management, involving all relevant departments within Customer Services or other directorates and Partners/Suppliers.

• Co-ordinating appropriate responses to customer questions / concerns related to major / sensitive issues and topics.

• Establishing a close cooperation and team working with the FSM.

• Acting as the “voice of the customer” for internal reviews / meetings as necessary.

任职条件

• General aeronautical/mechanical engineer, degree level, or business degree, (or equivalent experience).

• Minimum 8 years’ experience in an airline, or product support, or training, or customer engineering field, or technical field of sales and marketing, past Airline or Aircraft manufacturer experience on the technical, as well as on the commercial side would be an advantage.

• Particularly and highly concerned by customer service and service-minded.

• Good presentation skills on both oral and written. Good negotiation skills.

• Socially competent, very well developed co-ordination and relational skills to deal with customers, MROs, vendors and other AI departments.

• Result oriented.

• Fluent in English and Mandarin, written and spoken.

• Interested and experienced in working with extensive and highly integrated Electronic Data Processing systems.
