Duties and Responsibilities
• Start from project kick-off until the final test in the customer’s plant.
1. Mechanical Technical management of project:
2. Engineering timing plan and resources allocation.
3. Analysis and recovery action on the risks defined in proposal phase.
4. Analysis and recovery action on the failure/risk discovered in manufacturing phase.
5. Project guide line and specification.
6. Carry over and standard application with R&D team.
7.New solution definition based on project (No standard)
8. Adopt previous project lessons-learn and prevent them happening in on-going project.
9. Define Make and Buy scope of supply.
10. Technical responsible for potential customer ECR.
11. Responsible for internal ECR, COF and relevant cost/timing reduction.
12. Contribute to the internal design review to guarantee the quality and the team member alignment on the project.
13. Responsible for customer spec, final documentation, U&M manual, training to operators and maintenance team.
14. Technical report in project closing phase in aspect of lessons, optimization.
15. Evaluate team member’s performance in project closing phase.
