职位描述

The B2B National Training & Event Supervisor is responsible for the creation and implementation of the right strategy and tools in order to enable sales teams to effectively communicate on the Club Med brand and campaigns, and better sell Club Med across channels.

Mission 1 : Support sales teams nationally with the right tools and materials in line with business needs

- Work with the B2B Marketing Senior Manager and Sales & Marketing teams to define B2B communication strategy and needs in line with business priorities

- Create content for sales material (including but not limited to talking points, training kits, factsheets, sales call kits, etc) in line with business needs

- Report and optimise performance of fam trips, sales materials, and training

Mission 2 : Act as a business partner function to regional sales teams to drive business results

- Provide training and support for regional BD in order to help deliver training to travel agent sales teams

- Work with regional sales teams to coordinate national sales push and rollout in line with regional priorities to drive business, using key activation levers (including but not limited to fam trips and incentives)

- Ensure execution and quality in delivery of sales calls and training plans (through mystery calls, TA visits, audits, etc)

Mission 3 : Enhance perception and penetration of Club Med with indirect partners

- Manage TA feedback through surveys, feedback forms from fam trips

- Enhance brand perception and penetration through travel agent newsletters, communications, and industry partnerships

- Coordinate national roadshows and fam trips for seasonal campaigns, in line with sales and marketing priorities

任职条件

Education : Bachelor degree or above

Job experience : Minimum 3 Years working experience, preferably in B2B Marketing or Sales

Knowledge : Sales tools and methods

Marketing tools and methods

Skills : Strong communication and interpersonal both in Oral and Written, Good analytical skills, Sales and business partner mindset

Technical skills (tools…) : Microsoft Pack Office

Experience in WeChat communication

Languages : Fluent in Mandarin, working proficiency in English
