The Online Media Executive is responsible for the online media implementation, optimization and reporting of all 360 digital campaigns with expertise on SEA and data analytics (GAP). They will work with 4A Media agency and TP partner and be responsible for all campaign coordination analysis for internal & external partners and performance analysis for Club Med website and E-distribution.

Mission 1 : Digital media implementations to drive campaigns through full-funnel activations

- Execute, monitor and track Media performance and all campaigns as SEM, DSP to to bring qualified traffic and grow business, build brand awareness, drive traffic, customer engagement across online channels

- Collaborate with designers to update and improve advertisement materials on each media channel for according to the digital marketing campaigns through all media channels

- Participate & coordinate the Marketing budget

- Measure performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of Web analytics tools (Google Analytics, WebTrends etc.)

- Maintain partnerships with media agencies and vendors

Mission 2 : Cooperation with agency to plan and monitor the ongoing campaigns on media

- Administer all vendor invoicing while working with agency’s finance team

- Support the purchasing and finance process for media buy

- Launch optimized online adverts through Google Adwords, Facebook etc. to increase company and brand awareness

- Work with agency’s SEA team and Display team to do regular optimization and update materials on time

- Fix any errors, bugs or mistakes in media materials

- Attain key performance indicators such as sessions, BE%, BV, to improve conversion

Mission 3 : Campaign optimization with regular reporting

- Optimize and maintain the website and Fliggy media performance such as Display, SEA, Taobao Zhitongche, Taobao Zuanzhan, Taobao Display

- Track and analyse online media traffic performance on GAP or other marketing tools and provide regular internal reports for online media KPIs


Education : Graduate from international business school, Master’s program

Job experience : 2 years’ minimum working experience, media agency/ Chinese E-commerce background preferred (BAT/JD)

Knowledge : Good understanding of e-business systems (website/figgy) , excellent analytical skills

Skills : Good analytical skills, responsible, solution driven and problem solving, communication

Technical skills (tools…) : GAP, Microsoft office Excel, Taobao zhitongche / zuanzhan / Brandzone

Languages : Mandarin & English

Behaviour : Detail-oriented and able to handle multiple tasks to successful completion
