What are your responsibilities?
- Support team leader to prepare for project proposal according to client requirement and do presentation for clients when needed.
- Design guide/format of analysis report, direct and check subordinates’ analysis report;
- Supervise the questionnaire design, internal plan, progress control, etc.
- Control project cost to ensure competitive advantage and cost efficiency; be responsible for clients’ payment;
- Provide professional and accurate service to clients in project design, supervision and analysis with the supervision of senior staff and provide valuable and meaningful findings generated from the project;
- Communicate with other divisions to solve problems highly efficiently;
- With integration trainings and cross-department assignments to gain a comprehensive understanding of Qualitative Research;
What do you need to qualify for this job?
- Master degree in Anthropology/Psychology/Philosophy/Sociology/Marketing/Business & Law;
- Relevant internship working experience will be a plus;
- Fluency in mandarin and English and in both written and oral communication;
- Open-minded, highly motivated and ready to take on challenges;
- Good communication and interpersonal skills;
- Flexible and interested in working in an international and constantly changing work environment;
- Desire to pursue a career within Marketing Research industry;
