-To build and represent Club Med's upscale, friendly and multi-culture image;
-To understand Club Med concept, product knowledge and company culture. To understand Club Med China development strategy and prepare to contribute;
-To deliver services and well attend clients on the phone;
-To be responsible to China Travel Agents as well as clients inquiry, handle and accomplish compain by answering calls, inform and clarify product information and policies, keep track on customer satisfaction;
-To be able to handle basic complaint and emergency cases;
-To perform ad-hoc duties from time to time.
- Closely work with resort team to improve customer service experience, create engaged customers and facilitate organic growth
- Take ownership of customers issues and follow problems through to resolution
-English CET 4 or above;
-Tour Guide License is preferred
-Strong communication and interpersonal skill;
-Be positive, self-motivated, and be able to handle pressure;
