1.10 years relevant industry experience with progressive responsibility and leadership.

2.Solid understanding of the technology trends, deep knowledge of cutting edge engineering technologies and demonstration of research and development. Familiar with tools such as Matlab、Prescan、C/C++、Qt、ROS（Robot Operating System）、Linux or QNX.

3.Leader, motivator and self-starter.

1.Minimum BSEE, 10 years of industry engineering experience with 5 years in a management position.

2.Demonstrated team building and leadership skills.

3.Experience with mass production of Adas products preferred.

4.Out of the box thinker, must be key driver contributing to the products roadmap and willing to take innovative product risk while balancing the road map for on time deliverables.

3)Software Senior Manager

1.Minimum BSEE, 8+ years industry work experience with 5 years of software development or deep learning experience.

2.Experience in C++, Linux development environment.

3.Familiarity with vehicle systems, artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML).

4.Demonstrated team building and leadership skills.
