工作职责

Participate in the project briefing for clients with project manager;

Assist in completing the proposal guided by the research direction;

Translate the questionnaire independently;

Design the questionnaire for medium or small-sized projects;

Training on projects;

Attend the training for interviewers, trial interview and interview accompany;

Be responsible for the quality of the project;

Be responsible for checking the accuracy of data report;

Prepare for reporting and charting;

Be capable of making code frame independently, checking the field work quality control report;

Writing data spec for data report;

Conduct data analysis and writing simple main findings;

Be responsible for the first stage preparation;

Open the project;

Fill in and finalize the budget;

Apply for project number in order to prepare for internal plan;

Prepare for project guide after training;

任职资格

本科以上学历（欢迎各大院校及海外留学优秀毕业生）；

性格开朗、善于与人沟通并富有开拓精神；

熟练的word、Excel、PPT系统操作；

具良好的英语表达、沟通及书写能力；

具较强的团队合作精神、勇于承担责任；

具较强的抗压能力，能适应长期加班、出差工作。
