2. 负责日常员工借款、报销和供应商款项支付，确保时效性和准确性。

In charge of employee’s cash advance，reimbursement and vendor payment, ensure the timeline and the accuracy.

3. 按季核实员工借款余额，督促借款人员及时报账，杜绝个人长期欠款。

Quarterly review of the staff advances, urge the relevant employees to submit the claims on time, eliminate the aged balances.

4. 负责对外付汇银行申请表的填写及所需资料的准备。

Responsible for the overseas’ payment application form preparation and the respective document preparation.

5. 供应商增值税发票的签收、扫描认证，月末增值税认证金额与账务记录的核对。

Receipt of the suppliers’ VAT invoices，online tax invoice authentication and period end reconciliation against Accounts Payment ledger.

6. 负责银行账户的日常结算，做到日清月结，月末与银行对账单校对，编制《银行余额调节表》。

Take care of the daily bank account settlement, making clear period end cut, collation with the bank statement and prepare the bank reconciliation on a monthly base.

7. 保管好保险箱，空白支票、空白收据、承兑汇票及其他票据证券。

Safeguard the safe, ensure the blank cheque, blank receipt, bank acceptance notes and other negotiable instruments are secured.

8. 依据工作需要，同银行或税务部门沟通联络，凭证单据的送达及取回。

Liaise with the banks and tax authorities as the work need, organize the voucher submission and collection.

1. 本科学历，主修会计或其他财务专业。

Bachelor degree with major in Accounting or Finance.

2. 熟悉出纳工作，至少1年出纳工作经验。

Familiar with cashier work, at least 1 year‘s practical relevant experience.

3. 要求有英语读写能力。

English reading and writing ability is preferred.

4. 具备良好的沟通能力。

Be good at communication.

5. 工作态度端正，能承受压力。

Good attitude, can work under pressure.
