Engages clients as a trusted business partner with a long term view. Successfully connects with key decision makers, identifies and realises further sales potential within ongoing client projects.

• Knowledge and Market Capability:

Acts as an advisor to both the team and the clients about client position, recommends the best IBC resources and applies knowledge.

• Displays all the essential competencies for a Consulting Manager (see below).

• 5+ years of prior business experience within a similar consulting capacity, or as an industry profession with specific sector knowledge.

• A Bachelor’s degree from renowned universities. An MBA or Masters degree in related field will be advantageous.

• Fluency in both spoken and written English is mandatory.
