职位描述
The Department Manager is responsible for the achievement of the objectives set for his/her department and supervises all store activities connected to it, guaranteeing that commercial strategies and company procedures are correctly applied. He/she is responsible for the performance and development of his/her team and, for this purpose, he/she monitors the achievement of their objectives. Also, he/she is in charge of the store management in cases the SM (or ASM) is vacant.
Responsibilities
Business
• Defines the actions required to achieve the business objectives assigned to his/her department.
• Ensures effective communication in stores
• Constantly updates the Store Manager on department business matters.
People Management
• Creates team works to ensure the achievement of the department objectives.
• Supports the store management in the decision making process of the recruitment.
• Ensures the professional growth and training of his/her team through various resources.
• Motivate team staff to achieve the assinged objectives (KPIs) and monitors their performance.
• Guarantees the company standards in terms of grooming, language and behavior, so that all staff of his/her department effectively reflect the company’s image.
• Keeps his/her team constantly informed on the Store and Department performance.
• Assists the store management to ensure the appropriate staff planning
• Ensures the understanding and correct enforcement of internal procedures by the staff and reports any critical issues.
CRM
• Is constantly up-to-date on the fashion trends, knows competitors and monitors them, and conveys the information to his/her team.
• Ensures the correct application of the customer contact strategy for the different client categories in order to optimize business results.
Merchandise
• Ensures a deep product knowledge and is responsible for conveying it to his/her department staff.
• Collect merchandise information from his/her departments to allow feedback to be given to Retail Merchandisers.
Visual
• Guarantees the department specific in-store displays, strictly complying with the Company’s and Visual Merchandising team’s guidelines.
• Ensure the proper maintenance of the VM tools.
Customer Service
• Ensures the quality standards required by the brand in terms of customer service after the sales.
Back Office
• Optimizes the management of the department stockroom
• Conduct regular stock take activities in his/her departments.
任职条件
• Over 5 years' experiences in luxury brand or premium hotel,of which 2-3 years in supervisor position
• With strong sense of responsibility & self-motivated;Active sales acquisition & customer service
• With strong people skills and able to be in charge without dependence
• Able to communicate in English
• Passionate about a career in fashion
