1、 Responsible for automation and others welding assembly equipment PLC programming& electrical and robotic problems solving and analysis;

2、 Responsible for the spare parts planning and control

3、 Providing problems reason analysis and preventive methods;

4、 Responsible for schedule and implement the PM(preventative maintenance);

5、 Give training to the maintenance technicians

6、Support maintenance technician to do the trouble shooting

7、Report the big downtime and give the longterm improve actions.

8、Soluction for the repetitive fault of machine

9、Electrical drawing's archive and updating

10、Machine rebuilding and optimizatioin

11、Support on the new equipment installation and commissioning

11、Other tasks assigned by head of department.

1、Bachelor degree or above, major in Electronic Automation or related specialty.

2、Basic experience in Auto manufacturing Welding and assembly environment

3、Manufacturing and welding& assembly field more than 5 years in auto industry.

4、Verbal and oral English skills required

5、Familiar with ABB\KUKA\FANUC robot ,can manipulate, troubleshoot and program robot used for welding(arc welding and spot welding), PLASMA cutting and handling process.

6、Familiar with Siemens S7 PLC system programing and troubleshoot, Simotion P is preferred.

7、Familiar with Siemens HMI software( WinCC Flexible, Protool)

8、Familiar with TPM, lean manufacture tools

9、Laser cutting experience is preferred

10、Continuous improving sense.
