Mission 1 : Extract data and build Sales & CRM reports

On weekly basis extract and build sales & CRM reports to be sent internally and to top management

(China Sales Report – Club Med Joyview report – CRM reports)

Check Sales fluidity on a biweekly basis and alert no fluidity dates to line manager

Mission 2 : Analyze and communicate sales results

Based on reports, build and lead China weekly sales meeting by presenting sales results as well as challenging sales channels leaders to explain current trends.

Be proactive in proposing various actions from a sales & marketing point of view to drive volume & optimize value.

Follow up on action discussed during sales meeting in order to insure delivery

On a monthly basis, build and present sales trends vs target to the Business Unit top management

Mission 3 : Create and run ad hoc analysis / reports for Revenue Management & Pricing purposes

Run forecast analysis of volume & value, discount / pricing impact in order to support RMP team before launching pricing & promotion actions

Analyze the volume and the revenue’s impact of all the past pricing & promotion action put in place in order to propose recommendation for future actions

Mission 4 : Look out for source of external data

Research & acquire external data source / report to be communicated internally in order to support sales & marketing stream leader

Mission 5 : Run ad hoc extraction upon request from GC request

Organize, plan and receive data extraction request from the CRM team in GC countries (China, Hong Kong & Taiwan)

Deliver the agreed data extraction in the given deadline

Mission 6 : Sales incentive model follow up

Gather all sales incentive skim information

Build model to calculate the amount of incentive each month

Communicate amount to HR on a monthly basis


Education : Master’s degree in either of this field : Business, Mathematics, Statistics, Mathematics, Econometrics

Job Experience : 3/4 years’ experience in datamining or sales planning

Skills requested

Knowledge :

Knowledge of China market and travel industry

Skills :

Data analysis skills, capacity to meet short deadlines, ability to work in a multicultural environment, ability to see the big picture, ability to communicate insights and figures

Technical skills (tools…) :

SAS, PYTHON, Excel, VBA, Power Point. Neolane (Adobe Campaign) is a plus, SQL

Languages :

Fluent Chinese and English. French is a plus
