Duties and Responsibilities

• Manage all technical solution proposal in terms of layout, scope of supply, supplier list and cost estimation;

• Manage proposal team, job assignment, Objectives, Evaluation, competency development;

• Organize the workload of Proposal Dept.

• Responsible all projects and costs definition

• Lead and teach the employees

• Supervise all costs definition

• Grow up the department in according with company requirements

• Keep the relationship with sales department and Customer

Qualifications (Education, Training, Certification, Licenses, Experience)

Knowledge & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or business required;

• At least 10 years’ experience in automation industry(BA Related) or car manufacturing company;

• At least 5 years’ experience in Body welding proposal related jobs;

• Deep knowledge of Body welding process, products, Equipment, customer standards, new trend;

• Familiar with COMAU Solutions (standard and special application) is a plus;

• Experience of team management;

• Work in an English speaking environment;

• Office and CAD, CATIA at good level;

• Interpersonal relationship, especially with customers;
