-Within current city segmentation model, identify where to go, how to get there by 2020. Which will be slightly modified due to real business situations.
-Work out RTM model for different city tier.
2. SP DT program
-Dedicated DSR program roll-out in 2018.
-Further study on DT targeting model and upgrade trading terms accordingly.
-Enhance RTM, sales force and resources in selected 68 high potential tier 3 cities (3-2 city) to get significant sales growth in 2018.
-Find new approach to accelerate Geo-expansion in all tier 3 cities (over 300 cities).
-Familiar with trading term modify & incentive scheme setting
-Good at sales tools development & optimization
-Problem solving & influencing skills
-At least 3-year work experience in food industry, trade management experience is preferred
-Experience in distributor management of traditional trade; clear understandings of distributor daily operations
-Knowledge about RTM
