Working across both online and traditional channels, the B2B Marketing Senior Manager will be responsible for creating, executing, coordinating, and optimizing marketing and sales campaigns across online travel agents (OTA), Meetings and Events, and traditional channels including travel agents and physical stores. The B2B Marketing Senior Manager will work closely with online travel agents and regional sales & marketing teams, in order to create creative and impactful marketing communications that drive business volume.


Mission 1 Drive business volume on online travel agent channels (OTA)

Be co-responsible for creation and implementation of Club Med seasonal marketing plans in line with OTA’s annual plans

Implement ongoing acquisition campaigns on OTA channels to drive traffic and business volume

Be responsible for communication and optimization of Brand Zones and product in line with business priorities

Tracking and reporting across OTA channels

Mission 2 Coordination and support of marketing campaigns on travel agent and offline channels

Develop structural tools, seasonal communication kits, and tactical activations to support regional marketing and sales teams

Ensure brand consistency and tone of voice across all B2B channels

Optimisation and tracking of marketing activity across all B2B channels

Be co-responsible for developing seasonal marketing plans for B2B and regions

Mission 3 Coordination and support of Meetings and Events channels

Develop structural tools and communications to support MICE sales teams

Develop and implement the content strategy across digital channels, including the website, social media, and CRM platforms

Work on new product innovations and developments in line with business growth strategies

Mission 4 Strategy, development, and coordination of training and sales tools

Create seasonal and tactical training tools in line with marketing campaigns and business priorities to help travel agents and front-line sales better sell Club Med’s resorts

Optimize sales tools for front-line sales for better product recall and conversion

Evaluate and innovate in trainings to ensure more effective communication on product information



Bachelor degree in marketing, sales, communication, business or related majors

At least 7 years' working experience, hospitality industry or travel agency is strongly preferred

Awareness of China market and how it is evolving, with ability to adapt

Understand the TA/OTA/MICE business in China

Team management experience before

Sales background with a proven record of driving sales

Master user of MS Excel and Powerpoint

Fluent in both Chinese and English
