This position is responsible providing the best available communication for the Hotel. Responding to and taking care of all guest requests. Ensuring unparalleled service by following up on guest’s request with the related departments in a respective time frame with professionalism and courtesy.
Undertaking other duties and responsibilities as required by the Personal Assistant Manager
1. Minimum 1 year working experience in a similar position in a in a comparable hotel.
2. Be fluent in English / Mandarin.
3. Must be clearly spoken with pleasant, cheerful telephone manner.
4. Having knowledge of the telephone system and software is an advantage
5. Front Office Experience is an advantage
