
Shanghai, China — December 19, 2025, the 5th MOMENTUM Conference, organized by MoSeeker, was successfully held at Zikawei Liberary in Shanghai. This prestigious event brought together HR executives and experts from globally leading enterprises and educational institutions such as Goodyear, Ant Group, CBRE, Infineon, KONE, Rockwell Automation, Novartis, Airbus, HEC Paris, NYU Shanghai, Treasury Wine Estates, and many others. With a wealth of diverse perspectives, participants explored the current landscape, future development, and transformation trends of talent momentum in China. The collision and integration of various viewpoints ignited a lively and dynamic atmosphere throughout the conference.
Pan Shumin, Secretary of the Party Committee of Xuhui District Federation of Returned Overseas Chinese and Director of the Xuhui District Overseas Chinese Affairs Office, delivered the opening speech. She highlighted the importance of harnessing demographic dividends in the future, promoting talent recruitment, and building a high-caliber, professional talent pool. With this, the conference was officially underway.

MoSeeker’s Founder and CEO, Wang Xiangdao, offered an in-depth exposition on new methodologies for the future of work. He analyzed the global economy’s significant reliance on the Chinese economy and discussed trends such as the changing number of university graduates in China, emphasizing the pursuit of both quantity and quality in talent development. Wang also discussed the three major leaps in enterprise entrepreneurship, and how MoSeeker’s strategic evolution has ridden the waves of changing times, shifting from a mobile-first to an AI-first approach. He pointed out that localization of recruitment systems for multinational companies has become an irreversible trend, and provided a detailed overview of the end-to-end recruitment process and its application across different clients, as well as the actual operations of AI interview agents in intelligent interviews. To conclude, he gave forward-looking insights into the future development trends of HR technology in China in 2026.

Dr. Tian Ruixiong, Co-founder and AI Innovation Lead at MoSeeker, provided a detailed introduction to MoSeeker’s recruitment agent, MoAgent, highlighting its interactive functions and effectiveness in resume processing, AI interviews, and other recruitment stages. These intelligent agents, capable of automating tasks, have greatly advanced recruitment work by enhancing both efficiency and accuracy.

Ma Nuo, Vice President of Human Resources for Goodyear Asia Pacific, shared her insights on self-empowerment in change management. She discussed the importance of developing personal perspective and capabilities amidst global transformation and encouraged participants to embrace change proactively with positive thinking to expand future possibilities.

Dr. Li Xitong, Professor of IT Management at HEC Paris, led the audience in exploring the impact of various AI applications in the corporate world from an academic perspective, skillfully integrating cutting-edge theory with industry practice in an accessible and thought-provoking manner.

Torain Yang, Senior Specialist in Organization and Talent Development at Ant Group, approached his talk from the angle of “What is the dividend of the AI era?” and shared insights on the power of reinvention and renewal. He noted that HR roles must continuously evolve in the wave of AI, and organizations should constantly innovate their talent mechanisms to drive intelligent transformation and empower more job functions.

Jennifer Gou, Head of People for CBRE China, focused on the integration of global perspective and local practice, sharing best practices on how multinational enterprises can better build talent momentum in China, offering many valuable insights.

Ma Chen, Director Public Affairs Asia for Treasury Wine Estates (TWE), drew on his own observations and experiences to present a new understanding of the core value of talent, offering an inspired and redefined vision of what it means to be an outstanding professional.

Throughout the conference, three roundtable discussions were held, where speakers engaged in lively debates on different themes, provoking valuable and forward-thinking reflections. The first roundtable focused on “Building ATS Systems Aligned with China’s Recruitment Ecosystem,” where participants deeply explored various recruitment processes—from resume-job matching and resume screening to large-scale hiring—and shared unique insights specific to the Chinese market. The second roundtable, themed “HR and AI Collaboration to Reshape Organizational Form,” examined the contributions, opportunities, and challenges posed by AI in areas such as organizational structure, talent empowerment, performance management, and cost reduction. The third roundtable sparked enthusiastic debate on “Building a Differentiated Employer Brand,” with participants sharing diverse viewpoints and engaging in collective brainstorming.



In addition, the conference specially presented six major awards: China Best Digital Recruiting Momentum Award, China Best AI Recruiting Momentum Award, China Best Employer Branding Momentum Award, Best HR Management Award, Best HR Manager Award, and Best HR Team Award. These awards recognized outstanding achievements and contributions by individuals, teams, and enterprises in the recruitment field. All winners were selected through a fair and rigorous review process and truly deserve the honor and congratulations.
