MoSeeker joins the leading AI agent innovation incubation platform

Feb 28, 2025

Recently, the Chaoyang AI Agent Innovation Accelerator—an industry-leading platform for technology R&D, achievement commercialization, and enterprise incubation established in Beijing’s Zhongguancun Chaoyang Park—was officially launched. MoSeeker, together with seven other companies specializing in AI agents across fields such as education and human resources, signed agreements to become incubated enterprises, marking their intent to accelerate and grow within this ecosystem. This signifies a new stage in MoSeeker’s strategic vision of empowering the entire recruitment process with AI agents.

Our Beijing team is primarily made up of AI technologists. We plan to start working out of the accelerator to seize the momentum of AI industry applications, spark new opportunities, and connect with more enterprise clients to further expand our presence in the Beijing market.

It is reported that companies joining the accelerator will receive not only workspace support, but also multiple layers of nurturing services spanning government tech resources, application scenarios, shared technology, tech-enabled finance, and ecosystem events. These initiatives are designed to help AI agent entrepreneurs transform technological advantages into market leadership, and to promote broader application of AI technologies in daily life—making AI truly accessible to all.

At the start of 2025, the rise and breakthrough of advanced domestic large models is drawing global attention. Many industry experts believe that, as a key application paradigm of large models, AI agents will continue to heat up and usher in unprecedented opportunities. One expert noted, “The explosion of AI applications is on the verge, and as the core carriers, AI agents will open a new era of intelligence.” According to a report released in November last year by the renowned research institution Research and Markets, the AI agent market is projected to grow from USD 5.1 billion in 2024 to USD 47.1 billion by 2030—a $42 billion increase in just five years.

As China’s leading digital recruitment enterprise, MoSeeker remains committed to pioneering cutting-edge AI technologies and is now making active forays into the AI agent space to deeply reengineer HR workflows for businesses. Under the leadership of Dr. Tian Ruixiong, the company’s AI team has developed products and solutions that zero in on critical enterprise needs and core business scenarios. For example, when faced with a deluge of resumes, the “AI Assistant” can quickly match the most suitable candidates to positions in just one to two seconds; meanwhile, the “AI Interviewer” efficiently conducts first-round interviews and evaluates candidates in a multidimensional manner using advanced algorithms.

In fact, MoSeeker began by tackling technological challenges in a humble residential house near Beijing’s Wudaokou. As its customer base in Shanghai rapidly grew, the company moved its headquarters there, but Beijing has always remained its “AI stronghold.” Leveraging this new partnership and office presence, MoSeeker now plans to step up its market expansion efforts in Beijing. MoSeeker serves over 1,000 clients across diverse industries—including nearly half of the top ten global companies in pharmaceuticals, FMCG, cosmetics, and food.

The Chaoyang AI Agent Innovation Accelerator will adopt a fully market-driven operational model, attracting award-winning projects from top tech innovation competitions, portfolio companies of leading investment institutions, and startup ventures led by scientists aged 30 to 45. This will help accelerate the growth of high-potential enterprises in niche sectors. In addition, the accelerator will establish a “Policy Express” mechanism to ensure that the latest premium policy resources from both Beijing and the Chaoyang District are efficiently and precisely delivered to support startups.
