Sep 22, 2025

San Francisco, CA — September 16, 2025 — MoSeeker, a leading provider of AI-powered applicant tracking system (ATS) solutions, and Workday (NASDAQ: WDAY), the enterprise AI platform for managing people, money, and agents, jointly announced the global launch of the MoSeeker AI Interview Agent at Workday Rising in San Francisco. This marks the first ever and only appearance by a Chinese HR SaaS company at the annual Workday Rising conference, highlighting MoSeeker’s deep integration into the global enterprise services market.

This week, the Workday Rising took place at the Moscone Center in San Francisco, drawing approximately 30,000 participants from 76 different countries and regions. The summit was packed with executives and experts from major enterprises worldwide.

Xiangdao Wang, MoSeeker Founder and CEO, and Sam Li, Technical Director of Global Data at Workday, engaged in an in-depth dialogue titled “Beyond Global AI: Mastering Geo-Specific HR Challenges in China,” and officially unveiled the highly anticipated AI Interview Agent to the global recruitment market. Before hundreds of attendees, the MoSeeker AI Interview Agent made its official debut, and will soon be available on the Workday ASOR Marketplace.

Since 2021, MoSeeker has progressively become both an innovation and sales partner of Workday. This renewed collaboration ushers in a new era of AI, accelerating the development of disruptive Agentic AI. It marks a pivotal transition from AI as a passive tool responding to users, to AI as an intelligent collaborator capable of autonomous action—empowering businesses with the essential capabilities to navigate complex and rapidly changing environments.

Redefining First-Round Interviews

Currently, MoSeeker is dedicated to developing intelligent agents for the recruitment sector, spanning diverse industry scenarios. Leveraging dynamic and collaborative capabilities, they help organizations optimize operations, enhance user experience, and tackle challenges beyond the reach of traditional technology.

These agents efficiently and accurately identify top talent, redefining the speed, quality, and depth of the recruitment process, while continuously improving efficiency and reducing costs to drive business growth.

As a professional interview partner for HR, the newly launched MoSeeker AI Interview Agent possesses a deep understanding of the business logic and objectives behind first-round interviews. It proactively plans and interacts smoothly with HR, independently carrying out tasks across the entire process—from initial candidate screening and interview invitation to AI-powered interviews and comprehensive evaluation—achieving full automation. Its core advantages include:

  • Accelerating talent selection and decision-making, saving time and reducing labor costs.
  • Empowering HR to focus on high-value work such as strategy and employee care.
  • Providing objective and impartial candidate assessments to minimize human bias.
  • Delivering high-quality, scalable first-round interviews to support large-volume hiring.
  • Enabling teams to build data-driven workflows for easy tracking and review.

Global Vision, Local Execution

This dialogue was the first and only session at Workday Rising to focus on the Chinese market, generating tremendous interest and far exceeding the auditoriums capacity.

Xiangdao Wang and Sam Li discussed the rapidly evolving AI landscape in both China and the US, exploring how Chinas technological strengths can be leveraged to balance global and local AI applications, bolstering talent strategy resilience. They also analyzed how MoSeekers specialized HR solutions and culturally adaptive intelligent agents help multinational companies establish competitive advantages in China.

Xiangdao Wang shared insights into the current state of AI development in China, highlighting the countrys remarkable achievements in foundational AI model research that have drawn worldwide attention. Against this backdrop, global enterprises must gain a deep understanding of cutting-edge AI technologies and responsibly implement them to address real market needs in various countries. In China, AI has become essential for HR innovation, and multinational companies must rely on its power to overcome local recruitment challenges—such as large candidate pools, extensive geographic coverage, distinct user ecosystems, and prominent dialect variations.

After years of evolution, MoSeeker has shifted from a mobile-first” approach to an “AI-first” strategy, leading the AI transformation and enabling multinational companies across industries to efficiently manage large-scale recruitment.

For instance, our partnership with Mars, a global food industry leader, has supported their digital transformation by gradually deploying chatbots, AI interviews, intelligent scheduling, and AI resume scoring. In a single campus recruitment campaign, AI automatically handled the bulk of initial screenings and first-round interviews, saving HR teams up to 80% of interview time, achieving a completion rate of over 90%, and delivering 92% candidate satisfaction. This not only streamlined campus hiring, but also enhanced the employer brand with the appeal of cutting-edge technology.

Moving forward, MoSeeker will continue to focus on Agentic AI, investing heavily in intelligent agent development and constantly updating our products and services to seamlessly integrate with recruitment scenarios. This will empower enterprises to gain sustainable value from practical, secure, and responsible AI solutions. We look forward to co-creating the future with Workday and other outstanding partners, enabling employers and talent worldwide to benefit from the advancements brought by intelligent agents.
