Unilever Builds WeChat Campus Recruitment Channel, Receiving 40,000+ Applications in 39 Days

Unilever partnered with MoSeeker to launch an innovative WeChat-based recruitment strategy in response to the surge of campus recruitment applications, overcoming the limitations of overseas HR systems in China. By creating an official WeChat recruitment account, establishing multiple application channels, and integrating MoSeeker ATS with the global HCM system, Unilever enhanced the candidate experience and improved hiring efficiency.
