The new automated AI interview system quickly and reliably resolved the challenges brought about by the surge in interview demand during campus recruitment season. It also flexibly evaluated different skill sets required for various management trainee positions:
- During campus recruitment, more than 8,000 candidates received automated interview invitations, eliminating the hassle of scheduling.
- Over a single quarter, the system saved HR more than 78,000 minutes in candidate interviews and assessments—equivalent to around 163 workdays.
- 32% of candidates completed their interviews outside of HR’s regular working hours, greatly improving efficiency and reducing the manual workload.
