ALDI comprehensively upgraded its mobile recruitment approach in China, completely revamping its recruitment WeChat account and introducing an employee referral feature. MoSeeker ATS was deployed, and a proprietary talent pool was established, unlocking digital potential.
An online campus recruitment channel was set up via the official WeChat account, making it convenient for candidates to browse openings and submit resumes. MoSeeker ATS was seamlessly integrated with Unilever’s internal HR systems, consolidating all recruitment channels.
MoSeeker designed and implemented an integrated solution for Goodyear, connecting our ATS with Goodyear’s global system to suit the unique ecosystem of China’s recruitment market. Additionally, a dedicated recruitment website and WeChat recruitment platform were built.
