Novartis and MoSeeker have collaborated multiple times, successfully completing various local integrations. The launch of a China-localized ATS integration project marks another partnership between two long-standing allies, bringing even greater results to a new chapter. On one hand, this initiative meets the fundamental need of ensuring Novartis complies with data cross-border regulations; on the other hand, it presents an opportunity for us to establish industry best practices. Our aim is to leverage a range of digital tools to create a seamless, end-to-end candidate journey under the premise of data compliance, while providing a panoramic view of this journey to our global team.

MoSeeker is a key channel for campus recruitment applications at Unilever China each year, handling hundreds of thousands of applications. Even after the campus recruitment season ends, MoSeeker continues to re-engage past candidates, efficiently converting them into the experienced talent pool.

After working closely with MoSeeker and Workday, I would like to share our positive experience with MoSeeker Apply Sync. This seamless integration connects Workday Recruiting with China’s MoSeeker ATS, completely transforming our recruitment process. We have built a smooth hiring workflow that not only adapts to the local recruiting environment but also ensures compliance with data cross-border regulations. This partnership has truly enhanced both the efficiency and effectiveness of our recruitment operations, and we look forward to continuing to leverage this integrated solution for future hiring needs.

Maintaining an active talent pool is a challenge faced by many companies. At Pierre Fabre, we also use MoSeeker’s talent pool (TRM), and we continuously have new expectations for this product. I believe there is even greater potential for us to make use of it in the future.
